About Taigakoira Litters
Taigakoira Kennels is a small, family run kennel and as such we do not breed very often. When we do, our focus is on health, temperament and breeding to type.
Our puppies are born and socialised within a typical family home and are accustomed to people and domestic life. They are registered with the Victorian Canine Association, vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and will come with their own health guarantee. Our puppies are PRA clear and we provide breeder support for the life of your Lappie.
For us as breeders it is very important that the match between our puppy and their owners is the best possible.
We take great care in ensuring that our puppies go to loving homes and we take our responsiblity as breeders very seriously. As such, we offer breeder support for the life of your Lappie so if you have any concerns, questions or just want to share some news, please let us know - we love hearing from all our Lappie owners! We also encourage our Lappie owners to be part of the broader Lappie community and to join any social events (such as Lappie picnics) that may be happening in the local area.
As responsible, registered breeders we adhere to all relevant codes of conduct and ethics.
As such, our dogs are fully health checked prior to any breeding program, including:
All documentation is supplied to our Puppy buyers and we are happy to discuss these results.
All Taigakoira puppies come with their own Puppy pack, which includes documents certifying:
* Contract of Sale and ownership

to inquire about a Taigakoira puppy.

Important Note:
Please be aware that Lappies are still a relatively rare breed in Australia, so it is best to contact breeders early on as you may have to wait a few months before a puppy becomes available. If you have strong preferences (such as colour or markings) you may also have to wait some time before a suitable puppy becomes available. However, please remember that health and temperament are more important than colour or sex, and most reputable breeders when looking for a suitable match, will make a recommendation based on a puppy's personality first.
